Camp NAWIC
Camp NAWIC is a free, one-week summer day camp designed to introduce young ladies to the hands-on, well-paid careers in the field of construction.
Camp NAWIC offers girls the opportunity to learn about the countless avenues of employment available to women in the construction industry and to engage these young women via hands-on training in basic construction skills.
High school age girls will experience first-hand what it takes to design and complete a construction project, including renewable energy systems. Girls will have an opportunity to operate the same heavy equipment used on construction sites under the watchful eyes of experts in the industry.
